There is insufficient evidence to prove that Team Captain Michael Hannigan or others conspired to obstruct justice. Cadet Hannigan and fellow seniors told everyone, multiple times (meetings held Jan 2nd & Jan 4th ), to tell the truth. The investigation began on Jan 10th. These videos of Freshmen interviews show this. It seemed the interviews were not following the Academy’s constructed narrative and so on January 17, Commandant Gen. Goodwin inserted herself into the investigation by lecturing the remaining Freshmen about needing to tell the truth (UCI). Cadet freshman testimony shows that they interpreted this lecture to tell them to F* the Seniors.
